Massage therapy designed for your needs

Every treatment begins with a brief clinical assessment to identify what's actually driving your problem. From there I draw on whichever combination of techniques — Soft Tissue Release, RAPID Neurofascial Reset, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, and Sports Massage — is going to give you the most meaningful result.

Where appropriate, exercise therapy is integrated directly into your treatment to support lasting recovery between sessions.

Shoulder Massage Therapy

EVERYDAY PAIN & WORKPLACE INJURIES

For people dealing with the physical toll of daily life.

Back pain, neck tension, headaches, jaw pain, and stiffness are some of the most common reasons patients come through the door. Whether it's the result of a desk job, a physically demanding trade, or just the accumulated wear of a busy life — these problems respond well to focused clinical treatment.

A 30-minute targeted session is often all it takes to make a real difference when the problem is identified correctly from the start.

COMPLEX & PERSISTENT PROBLEMS

For patients who have not found lasting relief elsewhere.

If you've tried other treatments without lasting results, the problem likely hasn't been properly identified yet. Conditions like sciatica, frozen shoulder, whiplash, plantar fasciitis, migraines, TMJ dysfunction, and recurring injuries often have a root cause that standard treatment misses.

The 60-minute treatment is designed specifically for complex cases — or for patients who need attention to two or more problems in a single session. The additional time allows for a thorough assessment and a more comprehensive treatment plan.

SPORTS & ATHLETIC INJURIES

Treatment for athletes at
every level.

From strains, sprains, and overuse injuries to rotator cuff problems and mobility limitations affecting your training or performance — sport-specific treatment requires someone who understands how athletes are built and what it takes to get them back competing.

With over 15 years working with athletes from the professional level down through junior hockey, baseball, and grassroots sport, I bring a depth of athletic experience that goes well beyond the treatment table. Exercise therapy is integrated into every session to support performance and reduce re-injury risk.

Both 30 and 60-minute treatments are available depending on the complexity of your injury.

Not Sure Which Treatment Is Right for You?

If you're unsure whether a 30 or 60-minute treatment is the right fit, book a 30-minute session and we'll figure it out together.
I'll always be upfront with you about what you need.
