Mike Johnston is a Registered Massage Therapist and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist based in Weyburn, SK. With a Kinesiology degree in Physical Activity Studies from the University of Regina and a Diploma in Remedial Massage Therapies from Western, Mike is dedicated to helping clients achieve optimal health and wellness.

Mike is a Registered Massage Therapist with the Massage Therapy Association of Saskatchewan and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He has a wealth of experience working with clients from all walks of life, including high performance athletes to regular folks dealing with injuries.

Mike's expertise includes advanced massage therapy techniques such as RAPID Neurofascial Reset, Myofascial Release and Deep Tissue Massage to help relieve pain and restore function to areas of the body affected by stress, strain and trauma. He also specializes in muscle activation and exercise therapy.

With over 10 years of full-time clinical experience, Mike has a proven track record of helping patients recover from a wide range of conditions, including neck and shoulder tension, headaches and migraines, frozen shoulder, low back pain and plantar fasciitis.
He also spent several years working in junior hockey as a trainer and strength coach, and served as Head Trainer for Team Canada West at the World Junior A Challenge in 2012. Mike maintains a keen interest in the care and prevention of sports injuries and regularly provides treatment for athletes form all levels of sport.
