COVID19 Update

In response to the COVID19 pandemic, the following policies have been put in place at the clinic.

Please review them prior to your next appointment.

  • Clients are required to complete a COVID19 screening form prior to each appointment. The screening questionnaire will be automatically e-mailed to the address you have in our files. If you do not receive an e-mail questionnaire, you will be provided with a paper-copy upon arrival at the clinic.

  • Clients are not required to wear PPE when visiting the clinic and are encouraged to do so at their preference, in accordance with the rules and regulations set forth by the provincial and federal government.

  • When arriving at the clinic for your appointment, clients are to wait in their vehicle until they are waived in at their scheduled time. The reception area is currently closed to the public in order to effectively maintain proper physical distancing between clients, practitioners and staff.

  • Hand sanitizer is available at the front desk. Clients are encouraged to sanitize their hands upon entry to the clinic.

  • Clients are required to attend their appointments alone if possible.

  • Clients are encouraged to book and prepay for their appointments online to limit unnecessary contact in the clinic. If payment is required in the clinic, a handheld debit machine is available with tap. Cash will be accepted as well.

  • The washroom is available for clients' use when visiting the clinic.
